Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final. We can exchange tickets for other performances of the show with tickets available. All exchanges must be done at least 2 hours before showtime. For exchanges, please contact the box office via email at silvermoonchildrenstheatre@gmail.com

General Policies
Lobby opens 45 minutes before showtime and theatre doors open 30 minutes before showtime for seating.
No food or drink are allowed in the theatre except bottled water.
No photos, videos, or facetiming of the performances are allowed.
No phone calls, texting or gaming during a performance.
No alcohol, drugs, cigarettes or vaping are allowing inside Silvermoon Theatre
Kids ages 2 and under do not require a ticket, but this is with the assumption that they will sit in a lap. If they require their own seat, a ticket is required.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Silvermoon Childrens Theatre). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
